Luxury Villa Jadranka is located in bay Tepli bok, 500 m from the center of Maslinica, Island of Solta. It is never too hot because it is often windy, so it is a perfect place for windsurfing. Villa Jadranka is situated 15 m from sea.
In front of the house there is a swimming pool and nearby beach with crystal clear sea. Infield of the house consist of 400 m2 beautiful garden with autochthonous Dalmatian cultivars. Guests are welcome to consume these garden varieties. In front yard there is roasters well as shower. Guests are also allowed to use berth.
Guests have at their disposal the use of sunbeds, parasols, internet, canoes, free parking, dishwasher and goods. The house is air conditioned.
The object is rented as a whole, it is not possible to rent only part of the object.
Ground floor is conceptualized as separate apartment, while first and second floor have common entrance. Living room is located on the first floor and stairs lead to second floor. Every room has its own air conditioner.
Ground floor (25m2) has its own entrance and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen (with dishwasher)
First floor (75m2)consists of one double-bed room and one single bed room, 2 bathrooms (with washing machine), kitchen (with dishwasher) and living room (satellite TV). Living room leads to 2 spacious terraces (30m surface)with sea view.
Second floor (50m2) consists of 3 bedrooms- 2 double bed rooms and 1 single bed room, bathroom, as well as living room. There are also two little terraces. One leads to living room while other one to bed room.
